Shipping & Fulfillment

1. How long until my order ships?

Unless stated otherwise on a particular product's page, all orders ship from our Columbus, Ohio warehouse within 1-3 business days of the order being placed.

2. What shipping services do you use?

Currently all orders are shipped with USPS via First Class or Priority Mail.

3. How much do you charge for shipping?

We offer flat rate shipping for $5.00 on all orders. Orders over $100 (excluding shipping) are eligible for free shipping.

4. How can I track my shipment?

Once your packaged has been scanned by USPS, you will receive an email that includes your tracking number. If you don't see this email, you can also track your package through our "Tracking & Returns" page.

5. Where do you ship?

We currently ship anywhere within the United States. Unfortunately, we don't currently offer international shipping.

 

RETURNS

1. Do you accept returns?

We accept returns of unused, unwashed items in original condition within 14 days of the original shipment date.

2. How do I return my item?

If you'd like to return your item, you can print a pre-paid USPS Postage label via our Returns & Exchanges portal. In order to access your label, you'll need your order number and billing zip code.
